Yes! The Pelvic Bra® is designed for all-day comfort with breathable materials and a low-profile fit that moves with you. Some people prefer to wear it throughout the day for continuous support, while others use it only during specific movements or activities where extra stability is needed.

Use your Pelvic Bra during activities that place stress on your pelvic floor, such as walking, lifting, running, or other upright movements. Adjust the straps and use the minimum amount of compression needed to reduce symptoms or support your tissue for that activity.

Yes!  My Pelvic Bra® is designed to help the pelvic floor support the growing baby and counteract downward pressure.  It can be worn throughout all trimesters using the maternity bundle that has adjustable inserts to expand or reduce the waistband size as needed.

For people with symptoms, use it during any activity that causes pressure, heaviness, leaking, or discomfort in the pelvic area.

For people without symptoms that want to support their healing pelvic floor, use it during times that the pelvic floor has heavy loads placed on it.  For example, returning to running postpartum, returning to crossfit, long lines at Disneyland, helping a friend move their furniture etc.  Every pelvic floor is different and every pelvic floor handles loads differently. Working with a Pelvic PT or OT to help determine your function and your needs is the gold standard of care.
