myPelvicBra® will refund most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resellable condition. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn, and all labels and tags must be attached and returned in the original packaging
The following exceptions apply:
- After 30 days, you will receive an e-merchandise credit.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is unworn and the above conditions are met.
- Internal Wellness Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, products designed for internal use (including weights, wands, and Pippa) cannot be returned or exchanged if the product packaging has been opened.
- Gift cards are Final Sale.
- Some items are marked “Final Sale” and cannot be returned, even with a receipt.
Return Process:
For returns, please fill out our Return/Exchange form to receive a prepaid shipping label. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
International Returns:
Please note that we do not cover shipping fees for international returns. The shipping costs for international returns are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your return, we will promptly process your refund.
