-Still others use it to reinforce the healing pelvic floor to help it manage loads better.
Our size labels have been updated to better match standard sizing.
If you were previously a size S, we recommend sizing up to a M.
A good self check is this- take your hand and place it in between your legs. Gently lift upwards. Does this sensation feel comfortable? The Pelvic Bra® is like wearing an invisible, adjustable hand to help your pelvic floor support you during your daily life.
-Anyone experiencing pelvic heaviness, pressure, bulging, or leaking may benefit from targeted pelvic floor support.

Use your Pelvic Bra during activities that place stress on your pelvic floor, such as walking, lifting, running, or other upright movements. Adjust the straps and use the minimum amount of compression needed to reduce symptoms or support your tissue for that activity.
Yes! My Pelvic Bra® is designed to help the pelvic floor support the growing baby and counteract downward pressure. It can be worn throughout all trimesters using the maternity bundle that has adjustable inserts to expand or reduce the waistband size as needed.

I've actually not yet decided what I think of my pelvic bra. My biggest issue is a prolapsed rectum and on the days that is down, I wear the pelvic bra backwards so the greater support is in the back. Not sure yet how much it is helping.

I have a severe prolapse and initially told a belt would not help me. I am too small and too severe for any pessary device. My hopes of having success with this belt was low but I needed to try something. With wonderful advice from , Amy, person who answers questions and gives advice was invaluable. I would have ordered a small, she advised XS. The belt fits perfectly, holds up my bulge (I am wearing clothes I thought was over. It is comfortable and exceeds expectations. My only dilemma, how many more should I buy?

"It’s been pretty hopeless living with advanced prolapse when neither a pessary nor surgery is an option. I've tried all sorts of supportive underwear before, but this is something else. myPelvicBra is exceptional! Honestly, what a lifesaver. I was feeling so down postpartum because I couldnt get out for a walk or even stand and hold my baby for long because the pressure was just too much. The pelvic bra really supports that falling out feeling and makes walking and recovery a lot easier. I did purchase two sizes as I was unsure. I can confidently say that you should go the size down from your normal underwear size as that seemed to work for me. I also prefer the sport version as I feel the hooks on the classic version kind of dig into my sides. However, the classic version is nice too if you want to put it on/take it off when out and about. Overall, highly recommend!

I do not like it. It is very tight. I do not like it going up my butt crack, it's very uncomfortable. Even wearing it over my pad and underware it's aweful.😪

Im very happy with my pelvic bra. It does “what it says on the label” so to speak. It is comfortable to wear and offers sufficient support. I would highly recommend it.
The only downside I thought I ordered a black one and a white one arrived which was disappointing. Unfortunately this was probably my own mistake but otherwise the pelvic bra is an excellent product. I would highly recommend it.
